矮金莲花种子萌发的内源激素调控及其环境响应规律

摘要:以青藏高原东北缘常见草本植物矮金莲花种子为实验材料,分析了不同海拔种子的萌发率和内源激素含量随储藏条件、储藏时间的变化规律,探讨内源激素对矮金莲花种子萌发的调控机理。结果表明:(1)矮金莲花种子萌发率在光照条件下显著高于黑暗条件,低海拔种子萌发率显著高于高海拔种子。(2)冷藏条件的低海拔种子比常温条件种子大约晚一年达到最大萌发率。(3)冷藏有利于低海拔种子维持休眠,休眠解除并不是萌发促进类激素的绝对升高或者萌发抑制类激素的绝对降低引起的。(4)矮金莲花低海拔和高海拔种子的萌发率存在显著性差异,而内源激素含量也存在一定的差异,但内源激素随储藏时间的变化趋势却表现出极大的相似性。

Regulation of endogenous hormone and its response to environmental facters in Trollius farreri seed germinatin
Abstract:In this study, seeds of Trollius farreri Stapf, which is a common herb in the alpine meadow of northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were used to analyze the dynamics of endogenous hormone content and germination of seeds which were collected from different levels with storage condition and storage time, and explore the regulation mechanism of endogenous hormones on the seed germination.The results showed that: (1) The germination rate of seed in the light was significantly higher than it in the dark, and the germination rate of seed at low altitude was obviously higher than it at high altitude.(2) The maximum germination rate of low altitude seeds in 4℃ appeared about one year delay. (3) Cold storage is conducive to dormancy of low altitude seeds. Dormancy release is not caused by the rise of the promoters or the decrease of the inhibitors. (4) There are significant differences in seed germination rate and endogenous hormone content between low and high altitudes, but the tendency of endogenous hormones show great similarity with the storage time.
