摘要:在单磨粒磨削脆性材料时,材料亚表面会出现典型的裂纹系统,而单磨粒最大未变形切屑厚度对其有这重要的影响。单磨粒磨削时,磨削参数和磨粒尺寸对最大未变形切屑厚度有着重大影响。研究表明:最大未变形切屑厚度随着磨削速度与工件进给速度比和磨粒尺寸大小的增大而减小,而随着磨削深度的大而减小。并且随着磨粒尺寸的增大而减小。

Effect of single abrasive shape on maximum undeformed chip thickness
Abstract:When grinding brittle materials with single abrasive grains, the typical crack system will appear on the surface of the material, and the maximum deformation thickness of the single abrasive grains has the important effect. In this paper, the influence of grinding parameters and abrasive size on the thickness of the maximum deformation chip is studied when grinding brittle materials with single abrasive grains. The results show that the maximum deformation thickness decreases with the increase of grinding speed and workpiece feed rate and the size of abrasive grains, and decreases with the increase of grinding depth.
