A new type of ultrasonic microwave vacuum washing machine
Abstract:A new washing and drying machine based on ultrasonic cleaning and microwave vacuum drying is designed in this paper. Firstly, the principle of ultrasonic cleaning is introduced, and the best frequency of ultrasonic washing is determined through experiments, and the advantages of ultrasonic cleaning are analyzed. Secondly, the mechanism of microwave vacuum drying is introduced, and the advantages of microwave vacuum drying are expounded. Thirdly, it introduces the structure design and workflow of the machine. Finally, the drying performance and energy consumption of the machine are analyzed through experiments.
