预应力钢-混凝土组合连续箱梁变形试验研究与分析

摘要:本文对三片钢-混凝土组合连续箱梁的界面相对滑移及跨中挠度进行了分析,在试验的基础上,通过试验数据拟合得出了栓钉剪力-滑移的刚度系数,建立了栓钉剪力-滑移相关表达式,考虑开裂和滑移效应的影响,采用换算截面法和虚功原理建立了组合梁挠度计算表达式,推导出了混凝土支座负弯矩区开裂长度的计算表达式,研究表明,挠度理论计算值均与试验值吻合较好,预应力施加可提高混凝土开裂荷载,延缓混凝土开裂,预应力对挠度的影响不显著。

Experimental study and analysis on deformation of prestressed steel-concrete composite continuous box beam
Abstract:The interface relative slippage and mid-span deflection of the three pieces of steel-concrete composite continuous box beam are analyzed in this paper. Based on the test, the stiffness coefficient of the shear force-slippage of the stud is obtained and the relevant shear force-slippage expressions are established according to the test data fitting. The calculation expression of the deflection of the composite beam is created and that of the crack length in the negative bending moment region of the concrete bearing is deducted, both of which are achieved by considering the influences of cracking and slip effects and using the conversion section method and the virtual work principle. The research shows that the calculated values of the deflection theory is well in accord with the experimental values. The application of prestress can increase the cracking load of the concrete and delay the cracking of the concrete. The influence of the prestress on the deflection is not significant.
