陆地棉主要产量、品质性状鉴定与优异种质筛选

摘要:本研究利用国内育成和国外引进的200份陆地棉种质为材料,在河北沧州、江苏盐城和新疆阿拉尔种植,通过2年3点共6个环境,鉴定、评价群体的主要产量性状和纤维品质性状,筛选优异种质资源。结果表明:产量性状以衣指的变异系数(11.49%)最大,马克隆值的遗传多样性指数(1.98)最高,纤维品质性状以马克隆值的变异系数(6.96%)最大,衣分的遗传多样性指数(2.00)最高,供试品种的遗传多样性丰富;方差分析表明,各性状地点间、年份间、地点和年份间、品种间均有极显著差异;主成分分析结果表明,前3个主成分的累积贡献率达85.48%,可反映大部分遗传差异信息。基于产量、品质性状的聚类分析将200份供试材料分为6个类群,其中第一类群的49份材料产量性状表现最好,第四类群的棉纤维品质性状表现最好,第五类群综合表现最好。筛选出大铃材料13份、高衣分材料84份,高衣指材料49份,高长纤维材料60份,高强纤维材料5份,A级纤维品质材料23份和综合性状较好的材料8份。研究结果为开展棉花育种基础研究和新品种选育工作提供了重要材料和理论依据。

Identification of Main Yield and Quality Traits of Upland Cotton and Screening of Elite Germplasm Resources
Abstract:Two hundred upland cottons from home and abroad were used to investigate the agronomic traits and fiber quality. The tested varieties were planted in the cotton breeding field of Cangzhou, Yancheng and Alaer. The main yield traits and fiber quality traits of the population were evaluated and the elite germplasm resources were screened acrosssix environments at threelocations in two years. The results showed that, as far as yield traits was concerned, variation coefficient of lint index(11.49%) was highest,genetic diversity index of micronaire value degree(1.98) was highest. In terms of quality traits, variation coefficient of micronaire value (6.96%) was highest, genetic diversity index of lint percentage before the frost(2.00) was highest, and these cotton germplasms were abundant in genetic diversity. The analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences among locations, years, locations and years of each trait. Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the Top 3 of principal component of upland cotton germplasm was 85.48%, which could reflect most of the genetic difference information. According to six yield and quality traits, 200 varieties were divided into six groups with different traits. The first group was the group with outstanding yield traits, the fourth group was the group with outstanding quality traits, and the fifth group was the best group with comprehensive traits. Thirteen big boll materials, 84 high lint percentage materials, 49 high lint index materials, 60 high fiber length materials, 5 high fiber strength materials, 23 A-grade of fiber quality materials and 8 varieties with good comprehensive traits were screened out. The above results provide the important materials and theoretical foundation for basic research and development of new varieties in cotton.
