利用汽车行驶风测试结构气动力系数的道路类型影响分析

摘要:跑车试验是一种低成本、低周期的新的获取结构气动力系数的试验方法,受到道路类型、车流等诸多因素的干扰,为了研究不同道路类型对汽车行驶风测试结构气动力系数跑车试验的影响,验证该方法的适用性。本文针对横向-高速公路、横向-高架桥、横向-隧道、竖向-高速公路、竖向-高架桥以及竖向-隧道共六种试验工况进行了跑车试验。首先通过汽车行驶时不同道路类型下的风速时程曲线,分析统计得到不同工况下风场的湍流强度,在高速公路进行试验时风场最稳定,隧道次之,高架桥最差;接着分析振动加速度信号和升阻力时程曲线,振动信号强度越高,毛刺越多,升阻力曲线波动越大;最后将六种工况下跑车试验的升阻力系数同风洞试验结果进行对比,结果表明:六种工况下,跑车试验得到的升力、阻力系数随风攻角变化趋势一致,且某些数据结果与风洞试验结果较为吻合,但跑车试验阻力系数值均普遍偏小。不同道路类型时,与风洞试验吻合效果最好的很明显是高速公路试验工况,建议后续研究最好选择在高速公路上进行。

The influence analysis of road types transiting test method for aerodynamic coefficient measures of structures using wind generated by a moving vehicle
Abstract:Transiting test method is a new low cost, short cycle test method for aerodynamic coefficient measures of structures, which is influenced by road types, traffic, weather conditions and other factors. This article examines influences on test result of three road types and two different placing ways and at the same time validates the applicability of the method. The triangular cross-sectional model was tested for the six test conditions including Horizontal arrangement-Expressway, Horizontal arrangement-Tunnel, Horizontal arrangement-Viaduct, Vertical arrangement-Expressway, Vertical arrangement-Tunnel, Vertical arrangement-Viaduct. Firstly, The influence analysis of road types transiting test method for aerodynamic coefficient measures of structures using wind generated by a moving vehiclehe turbulence intensity is calculated by Wind speed time series from field measurement in different types of roads when the vehicle runs, and it turns out that the wind field generated by a moving vehiclein expressway test condition is the most stable, the tunnel tset condition is the second and the viaduct test condition is the worst; Then, the time-history curve of vibration acceleration signal, lift force and drag force has been analyzed in this paper, and it is found that the stronger the vibration acceleration signal, the more the hairy, the bigger the time-history curve of lift force and drag force; The research shows that the lift force coefficient CL and drag force coefficient CD have similar trends compared with results of wind tunnel test and the values of CL and CD from highway are in good agreement with results of three road type. It is very obvious that the experimental results of the expressway are the best of three road types, and it is suggested that the following research should be done on the expressway.
