焦点解决取向辅导在儿童自我控制培养的应用

摘要:Working On What Works(WOWW)焦点取向班级辅导模式是基于焦点解决短程治疗Solution-focused brief therapy(SFBT)的基本理念和假设发展出来的一套班级辅导模式。本研究初步尝试将该模式应用于低年级儿童自我控制能力的培养,探讨该模式在中国小学低年级班级里的适用性,为该模式的跨文化应用提供依据。 本研究将杭城某公立小学二年级三个班随机分为实验班、对照班和安慰剂班。并对三个班儿童的自我控制水平从教师他评和学生自评两个方面进行前测、后测和1个月后的追踪测量。单因素方差分析结果显示,实验班儿童自我控制水平教师他评值前、后测变化不显著,但追踪测值呈现显著积极效果。实验班儿童自我控制学生自评值的前、后测值及追踪测值都呈现显著积极效果。结论是:焦点取向班级辅导模式(WOWW),在中国小学生低年级儿童中适用,对提升小学低年级儿童自我控制能力有积极作用且具有长期效果,能推动班级管理工作的正向发展。

Application Study of WOWW to enhance children\'s self-control
Abstract:The Working On What Works (WOWW) focus orientation class tutoring model is based on the basic concepts and assumptions of the Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). This study initially attempted to apply this model to the development of self-control ability of children in lower grades, and explored the applicability of this model in the primary school grades for Chinese primary school students, thus providing a basis for cross-cultural application of this model. This study randomly divided the third grade of a public elementary school in Hangzhou into experimental class, control class, and placebo class. And the self-control level of the three classes of children from the teacher\'s assessment and self-assessment of students in two aspects of pre-test, post-test and one month after the tracking measurement. The one-way analysis of variance showed that the self-control level of teachers in experimental class had no significant changes before and after the evaluation, but the tracking measurements showed significant positive results. Self-control student self-evaluation values in the experimental class have significant positive effects both before and after the measured value and follow-up measurement. The conclusion is that the Focus-Oriented Class Counseling Model (WOWW), which is applicable to primary school children in the lower grades, has a positive effect on improving the self-control ability of lower grade primary school children and has a long-term effect, which can promote the positive development of class management.
