锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂鞣黄牛鞋面革鞣制工艺探讨

摘要:针对锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂在黄牛鞋面革制备过程中的浸酸及不浸酸鞣制工艺进行研究,先对不同预处理材料进行筛选,然后设计正交试验对鞣制工艺条件进行优化。研究得出,最佳不浸酸鞣制工艺为酚类合成鞣剂用量为2%,锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂用量为12%,提碱终点pH值为4.3-4.5,提碱后升高温度至45℃,转动时间为3h;最佳浸酸鞣制工艺为戊二醛预处理用量为2%,锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂用量为10%,初始液比为90%,提碱后升温至40℃,提碱终点pH为4.2-4.3。两种最佳鞣制工艺所得坯革革身柔软丰满,颜色均匀,物理机械性能、感官性能接近铬鞣革,并且鞣制废液不含铬,与常规铬鞣工艺相比,鞣制废液中COD和色度等污染物含量都大幅度降低,具有显著的清洁优势。其中不浸酸鞣制工艺的清洁性能最优,所得鞣制废液中氯离子含量降低98%,仅为270mg/L;浸酸鞣制工艺的鞣革性能更优,所得坯革可达91℃,耐撕裂性能还稍优于铬鞣革。

Study on tanning technology of Zr-Al-Ti tanning agent tanned cattle hide upper leather
Abstract:The tanning technology with picking or without picking based on Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent during the manufacturing process of cattle hide upper leather was researched. The different pre-tanning materials were screened in the study, and then orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize tanning technology condition. Results show that the best tanning technology without picking is that pre-tanning with 2% phenolic syntan, the dosage of Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent is 12%, basifying final pH is 4.3-4.5, raising temperature to 45℃ and ratating time after adding liquor ratio is 3h. The best tanning technology with picking is that pre-tanning with 2% glutaraldehyde, the dosage of Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent is 10%, the initial liquid ratio is 90%, basifying final pH is 4.2-4.3 and raising temperature after basifying to 40℃. The wet-white leather tanned with two best tanning technologies is plump soft, the physical-mechanical properties is similar to chrome tanned leather, and they have significant cleaning advantage, in wihich tanning waste liquid does not contain heavy metal chromium, the COD content and colority are significantly less than the conventional chrome tanning. In addition, the best tanning technology without picking has superior cleaning performance, the chloride ion content in tanning waste liquid is only 270 mg/L and it is 98% less than the conventional chrome tanning. And the tanning performance of the best tanning technology with picking is better, the shrinkage temperature of the wet-white leather is up to 91℃, and the tear resistance is better than chrome tanned leather
