天麻粉改善小鼠睡眠功能的研究

摘要:为研究不同剂量天麻粉对改善睡眠的影响。以KM小鼠为实验动物,以天麻粉为受试物,实验动物分成高、中、低剂量组与空白对照组,三个剂量组动物每天分别灌胃16501100 550 mg/kgoBW的天麻粉,空白对照组给予相同体积的纯净水,受试物给予30 d后,对其进行直接睡眠实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验和巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验。天麻粉对小鼠无显著直接睡眠作用;天麻粉在戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量作用下可显著增加入睡动物发生率,在戊巴比妥钠阈剂量作用下可显著延长睡眠时间;天麻粉可显著缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期。天麻粉具有改善睡眠功能作用,本研究对天麻粉保健食品的研发具有一定的参考价值。

Study on the improved Sleep of Gastrodia clata Powder in mice
Abstract:To study the effects of gastrodia elata powder with different doses on sleep improvement. KM mice were experimental animals, gastrodia elata powder was test substance, experimental animals are divided into high, medium and low-dose group and control group, mice in three dose groups were given respectively 1650 1100 550 mg/kgoBW gastrodia elata powder by oarl administration every day, mice in control group were given purity water of the same volume, the direct sleep test, the sleep hypnotizing test with subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital, the sleep extending test with threshold dose of sodium pentobarbital and the sleep latency test with sodium barbital were investigated after the test substance was administered continuously for 30 days. Gastrodia elata powder had no significantly direct sleep function on mice, the sleep incidence of mice in three dose groups increased under the subthreshold hypnotic dose of sodium pentobarbital, the sleeping time of mice in three dose groups increased significantly under the sodium pentobarbital threshold dose, the sleep latency of mice in three dose groups was significantly shortened under the threshold dose of sodium barbital. Gastrodia elata powder has synergistic effect on improving sleep, this study has certain reference value for the research and development of gastrodia elata health food.
