铜铟硫量子点的合成与配体交换

摘要:铜铟硫(CIS)荧光量子点是一种生物毒性低的新型发光材料,有望替代传统发光量子点(CdSe),投入实际生产应用。本文通过"一锅煮"的简单方法合成了CIS量子点,并探讨了合成过程中加热时间,配体数量对量子点光学性质的影响。通过包壳,得到了CIS/ZnS核壳量子点,是CIS的发光性能得到了显著增强,量子产率达到20%,相比原始CIS量子点提到10倍。随后,通过两种不同的有机配体,将有机相合成的量子点成功转移至水相,分别得到了表面带正电和负电的水溶性荧光量子点。

Synthesis of Copper Indium Sulfide Quantum Dots and Ligand Exchange
Abstract:Copper indium sulfilde (CIS) fluorescent quantum dots are a new type of luminescent material with low biological toxicity. It\'s a promising replacement of traditional quantum dots (CdSe) for practical application. In this paper, CIS were simply synthesized by a one-pot method, the influence of heating time and number of ligand on the optical properties of CIS was investigated. CIS/ZnS were obtained by growing a ZnS shell on oringinal CIS, with a significant enhancement of luminescent performance. Then, by using two different organic ligands, CIS/ZnS synthisized in organic phase were successfully transferred into aqueous phase, and water-soluble fluorescent quantum dots with positive and negative charged surface were obtained.
