基于ADS的基站射频功率放大器的设计与仿真

摘要:为提高功率放大器(Power Amplifier,PA)的效率,本文利用ADS仿真软件,通过采用双向牵引和匹配偏置联合仿真的方法,设计了一款工作在1850MHz的射频功率放大器。双向牵引技术可以得到电路最佳输入输出阻抗点,提高电路效率。通过分析匹配电路与偏置联合仿真效果,调整电路谐振点的偏移,降低偏置对匹配电路的影响,使匹配电路达到最优,进一步提高功放的效率。仿真结果显示功率附加效率(Power added efficiency ,PAE)达到54%,输出功率为38dBm,增益(gain,GP)不低于17.8dB?。验证了该方法的正确性。????

Design and Simulation of base station RF power amplifier based on ADS
Abstract:To improve the efficiency of the power amplifier (Power Amplifier, PA), this paper designs a radio frequency power amplifier working in 1850MHz by using the ADS simulation softwareand through the combined simulation of two-way traction and matching bias. Two way traction technology can get the best input and output impedance points of the circuit and improve the efficiency of the circuit. By analyzing the combined simulation effect of the matching circuit and offset, adjusting the offset of the circuit resonant point and reducing the influence of the offset to the matching circuit, the matching circuit is optimized and the efficiency of the power amplifier is further improved. The simulation results show that the Power added efficiency (PAE) reaches 54%, the output power is 38dBm,and the gain (gain, GP) is no less than 17.8dB. The correctness of the method is verified.?????
