PdSnCu/TiC催化剂的制备及其对甲酸电催化的性能研究

摘要:本文采用液相还原法制备了不同比例的PdSnCu/TiC三元合金催化剂,其中还原剂为硼氢化钠,稳定剂为柠檬酸三钠。利用TEM、EDS和XRD等物理测试手段对所得催化剂的形貌结构和组成进行了表征分析。同时将该催化剂应用于电催化甲酸氧化,通过循环伏安、计时电流等电化学测试对其催化性能进行了研究。研究结果表明PdSnCu纳米粒子均匀地分散在TiC上,这说明Sn和Cu的引入能提高催化剂粒子的分散性。同时研究结果显示PdSnCu/TiC三元催化剂对甲酸氧化表现出更好的催化性能。

Preparation of PdSnCu/TiC electrocatalysts for formic acid electrooxidation
Abstract:In this paper, different propotions of PdSnCu/TiC ternary catalysts were prepared by liquid-phase reduction. The reductant is sodium borohydride and stabilizer is three sodium citrate. The morphology structure and composition of the catalysts were characterized by TEM,EDS and XRD. At the same time, the catlysts were applied to electrocatalytic oxidation of formic acid, and its catalytic performance were studied by electrochemical test such as voltammetry, chronoamperommetry and so on. The results show that PdSnCu nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed on TiC, which indicates that the introduction of Sn and Cu can enhance the dispersity of catalyst particles. Moreover, the results also showed that PdSnCu/TiC ternary catalysts exhibited better catalytic performance.
