离心纺高支链淀粉纤维的工艺参数研究

摘要:以马铃薯淀粉为纺丝原料,采用离心纺丝法制备淀粉微纳米纤维,研究溶液浓度、收集距离、喷丝器转速和喷嘴号数等工艺参数对纤维形貌和直径的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜对纤维的形貌和直径进行表征,采用紫外可见光分光光度计对淀粉中直链淀粉的含量进行测定。结果表明,离心纺能制备高支链淀粉纤维;纤维直径随着溶液浓度的升高而增大;随收集距离的增大而减小;随喷丝器转速的增加而增大;随针头规格的增大而减小;当溶液浓度为11%、收集距离为15.5cm、转速为1300r/min、喷嘴直径为27G时,可获得良好形貌的纤维,且纤维直径分布均匀。

Parameter study of Centrifugally-spun Amylopectin-rich Starch Fiber
Abstract:In this paper, we prepared starch-based micro-to-nano fibers via centrifugal spinning using potato starch as spinning material. The effect of spnninng parameters, including solution concentration,collection distance, rotational speed and nozzle diameter, on fiber morphology and diameter were investigated. The ultraviolet spectrophotometer and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to measure amylose content in starch and characterize fiber morphology, respectively. The results indicated that centrifugal spinning could prepare starch-based fibers from amylopectin rich starch. The diameter of centrifugal spun micro-to-nano starch fiber was increased with the increasing of solution concentration , nozzle diameter, and rotational speed, but was decreased with the increasing of collection distance. Finally, we concluded that fibers were formed at solution concentration of 11%, collection diatance of 15.5cm, rotating speed of 1300r/min, and nozzle diameter of 27G.
