轴承形廓质量检测方案及滤波算法研究

摘要:轴承形廓质量检测对于提高轴承产品的合格率至关重要,在使用激光传感器检测轴承形廓(内径、外径、高度、锥度、沟槽等)过程中,由于旋转装置本身存在的偏摆不可避免以及DSP外围电路和环境噪声的影响,采集到的信号中混杂了很多噪声,造成了检测数据的不准确性。中位值滤波能有效克服因偶然因素引起的波动干扰,而滑动平均值滤波对周期性干扰有良好的抑制作用,且平滑度高。通过将中位值与滑动平均值滤波法相结合能够取得良好的滤波效果。该方法通过实验验证可行,对于激光检测系统具有一定的参考价值。

Quality Detection Scheme of bearing profile and its filtering algorithm
Abstract:The quality of the bearing profile detection is essential to increase the yield of bearing products. In the process of detecting the outer diameter of bearing by using a laser sensor, due to the inevitable yaw of the rotating device itself and the influence of DSP peripheral circuits and environmental noise, a large amount of noise is mixed in the collected signal, resulting in inaccuracy of the detection data.The median filter can effectively overcome the interference caused by accidental factors, while the moving average filter has a good inhibitory effect on the periodic interference, and the smoothness is high. However, combining the median filter and the moving average filtering can achieve a good effect. This method is feasible through experimental verification, and has certain reference value for the laser detection system.
