砂砾岩储层水力压裂破裂压力实验研究

摘要:为了分析和揭示不同砾石粒径和不同布孔方式对砂砾岩储层水力压裂破裂压力的影响,为砂砾岩储层油气开采的布孔方式提供一定的理论依据,采用真三轴水力压裂实验系统,开展了不同粒径大小砂砾岩储层人工物理岩心在不同布孔方式下的三轴水力压裂实验,研究结果表明:不同砾石粒径的大小会显著影响水力压裂的破裂压力,随着砾石粒径的增大,破裂压力的大小会存在一个极限值;螺旋布孔方式相对于线性布孔、对称布孔,破裂压力显著降低。

Experimental study on fracturing pressure of Glutenite Reservoirs under hydraulic fracturing
Abstract: In order to describe and analyze the influences of size of gravel and way of perforating on glutenite reservoir\'s fracturing pressure and to provide a theoretical basis for oil and gas exploitation of sand conglomerate reservoir. Hydraulic fracturing test were conducted on artificial physical model of glutenite reservoir with different particle sizes and different perforating methods by tri-axial test system. The results show that the size of different gravel sizes can significantly influence the fracture pressure of hydraulic fracturing. As the gravel size increases, the fracturing pressure will have a limit value; compared with the linear perforation and symmetrical perforation, the fracturing pressure of spiral perforation decreases significantly.
