应用改进的PTW方程拟合纯铜和无氧铜大变形应力-应变曲线

摘要:改进了PTW方程,并以纯铜(Cu)和无氧铜(OFHC Cu)的拉伸、压缩、扭转的大塑性变形的应力-应变曲线拟合为例,分析了改进的PTW方程与Sah 方程、BEM方程、Voce方程的差异。结果表明:改进的PTW方程适合大塑性变形的应力-应变,其适用的最大真应变至少为2.5;BEM方程和Sah方程适合中等变形的应力-应变,其适用的最大真应变为1.5左右;Voce方程适合较小变形的应力-应变,其适用的最大真应变为0.5左右。

Fitting the large deformation stress-strain curves of Cu and OFHC Cu by the modified PTW equation
Abstract:In this paper, the PTW equation was modified, and the stress strain curve fitting of the tensile and compression and torsion for large deformation of pure copper (Cu) and oxygen free copper (OFHC Cu) were taken as an example,The difference between the modified PTW equation and Sah equation and BEM equation and Voce equation were analyzed. The results show that the modified PTW equation is suitable for the stress strain of the large plastic deformation, and the maximum true strain is at least 2.5, The BEM equation and Sah equation is suitable for the stress strain of medium deformation, and the maximum true strain is about 1.5. The Voce equation is suitable for the stress strain of smaller deformation and the maximum true strain is about 0.5.
