基于相变材料的风冷式散热结构设计与数值分析

摘要:根据小型风冷式发动机实际工况设计了一种基于相变材料的风冷式发动机表面散热结构,该装置呈环形结构布置在发动机机体表面,内部填充相变材料,外部包裹金属散热翅片用以强化换热。通过焓法模型建立了相变传热过程的数值模型,并分析比较了不同相变材料、厚度与曲率等结构参数以及启动温度与发动机水温等参数对于相变传热过程的影响。研究发现,发现相变石蜡是一种较为理想的材料;厚度对于相变传热过程的影响较为显著,而曲率的影响基本可以忽略;另外,较低的启动温度与最高温度都对相变传热效果产生不利影响。

Design and Numerical Analysis of Air-cooled Heat Dissipation Structure Based on PCM
Abstract:In this paper, based on the actual working conditions of a small air-cooled engine, a surface cooling structure based on phase change material was designed. The device was arranged in a circular structure on the surface of the engine, and the phase change material is filled inside, and the metal fins are wrapped outside to strengthen the heat transfer. Through the enthalpy model, the numerical model of the phase change heat transfer process was established, and the influence of the parameters, such as different phase change materials, thickness and curvature, and the starting temperature and the temperature of the engine water on the phase change heat transfer process were analyzed and compared. It is found that the phase change paraffin is an ideal material, and the thickness has a significant influence on the phase change heat transfer process, and the influence of the curvature can be ignored. In addition, the lower starting temperature and the highest temperature of engine have adverse effects on the heat transfer effect of phase change.
