阳江35kV老旧导线剩余寿命评估模型研究

摘要:阳江地区许多线路的服役年限都在数十年以上,处于服役的中后期阶段, 有必要对阳江地区35kV输电线路的运行状态和剩余寿命进行评估和预测。通过腐蚀试验得到阳江地区35kVLGJ70/10老旧导线的加速腐蚀模型,建立腐蚀和微动疲劳的当量性。进行微动腐蚀试验得到老旧导线的累积损伤值,在风向风速概率、W?hler安全边界曲线、S-N曲线、Miner线性损伤累积理论的基础上预测阳江35kV老旧导线的剩余寿命,建立剩余寿命的评估模型。计算得到在微动腐蚀作用下,该地区35kV老旧导线的剩余寿命为43年。

Study on the residual life evaluation model of yangjiang 35kV old conductor
Abstract:Many lines of yangjiang area in tens of years are serving in the middle and later stage, it is necessary to assess and predict the running state and residual life of 35kV transmission line in yangjiang area. An accelerated corrosion model of 35kV LGJ70/10 old conductor in yangjiang area was obtained by corrosion test, and the equivalent of corrosion and fretting fatigue was established. On the basis of the direction of the wind speed probability, the W?hler security boundary curve, S-N curve, miner linear damage accumulation theory and the old conductor cumulative damage value from fretting corrosion test to predict the residual life of yangjiang 35 kV old conductor, set up the residual life evaluation model. The calculation is obtained under the action of fretting corrosion that the residual life of the region\'s 35kV old conductor is 43 years.
