地铁列车某车库火灾后受损板检测鉴定与加固维修研究

摘要:本文以地铁列车某车库火灾后受损板为例,通过显微结构分析、结构物理力学性能检测、现场原位荷载试验等方法,对火灾后受损板进行了检测鉴定与加固维修研究。研究火灾后受损混凝土结构的检测与鉴定内容与方法,为灾后结构的损伤评价及后续的维修与加固提供技术依据。文章提出了火灾后受损结构鉴定评级层次划分与评级标准,解决了火灾后混凝土结构的损伤程度评级问题。根据检测鉴定结果评定火灾受损结构构件的损伤等级,对不同程度受损的结构构件进行了加固与维修设计。通过加固与维修,消除了火灾后结构的安全隐患,提高了结构的承载力与耐久性。

Damaged plate detection and identification & reinforcement and maintenance research of a subway train carbarn after fire
Abstract:In this paper, a subway train carbarn damaged plate after fire as an example,through the analysis of microstructure, physical and mechanical performance, the scene in situ methods of load test, damaged plate detection and identification after fire are studied.The contents and methods of detection and identification of damaged plate after fire are studied, which provides technical basis for damage evaluation,maintenance and reinforcement of structures after disasters. In this paper, the hierarchical classification and rating standard of damaged structure evaluation after fire are put forward, and the problem of damage degree of concrete structure after fire is solved. According to the test and identification results, the damage grade of the damaged structural members of the fire is evaluated, and the reinforcement and maintenance design of the structural members with different degrees of damage are carried out respectively. Through reinforcement and maintenance, the hidden danger of the structure after the fire is eliminated and the bearing capacity and durability of the structure are improved.
