pH响应型的两亲性嵌段聚合物合成及表征

摘要:合成了一种新型的分子内含缩醛结构的丙烯酸酯衍生物和一种基于mPEG大分子RAFT试剂,通过RAFT聚合方法制备了疏水链段侧基含缩醛结构的两亲性嵌段聚合物。核磁氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱均证明大分子RAFT试剂和两亲性嵌段聚合物的成功合成,动态光散射仪(DLS)和荧光光谱测试表明聚合物在水溶液中自组装成稳定的胶束,聚合物胶束的粒径为96.41nm,临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.0367mg/mL。尼罗红的释放实验表明所制备的聚合物具有好的pH响应性能。

Synthesis and characterization of pH responsive amphiphilic block polymers
Abstract:A new acrylate derivative containing acetal structure and a novel macromolecular RAFT reagent based on mPEG were prepared. Amphiphilic block polymers with acetal structure on the side of hydrophobic chain segment was prepared by RAFT polymerization. The 1HNMR and gel permeation chromatography demonstrated the successful synthesis of RAFT reagent and amphiphilic block polymers. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) and fluorescence spectra showed that the polymer was able to self-assemble into micelles in aqueous solution with critical micelle concentration (CMC) about 0.0367 mg/mL and diameter about 96.41 nm. The release experiment of Nile Red showed that the obtained polymer possessed good pH response properties.
