大功率缺失下负荷控制策略研究

摘要:在电网互联规模不断扩大的趋势下,故障的影响范围也随之加大,对电力系统的故障控制策略提出了更高的要求。首先依据功率缺失数量对系统安全层级进行了划分,对于需要进行负荷控制的情况,出于缩小事故影响范围的目的,进行了考虑源流耦合关系的负荷控制策略研究。主要方案为利用电气剖分理论获取源流耦合因素,以此作为负荷控制地点选择及容量分配的依据,以达到控制潮流偏差,防止事故影响扩大的效果。最后通过新英格兰39节点系统作为算例对策略有效性进行了验证。

Research on load control strategy under serious power loss
Abstract:Under the trend of the continuous expansion of power network interconnection, the scope of fault is also enlarged, and higher requirements are put forward for the fault control strategy of power system. First according to the number of power loss on the system security level, in the case of load control is required, for the purpose to reduce accident influence scope of streams, with the consideration of the coupling relationship of load control strategy research. Main scheme for using the theory of electrical dissection for origin coupling factors, as a load control site selection and capacity allocation basis, in order to achieve control trend deviation, prevent accident expanding effect. Finally, the New England 39 node system is used as an example to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.????
