考虑界面滑移层的纯滑动热弹流问题分析

摘要:本文推导了考虑界面滑移层的广义雷诺方程并针对点接触纯滑动热弹流润滑问题建立了数学模型。随后采用多重网格方法求解了圧力分布,并用逐列扫描技术求得了温度分布。研究发现,对于本文所采用的滑移模型,随着滑移长度的增加,中心压力、中心膜厚和最小膜厚、接触区温升都是下降的,摩擦系数增加。滑移对温度的影响要大于对压力和膜厚的影响。在某一滑移长度,运动表面和滑移层表面在接触区的温度都急剧下降,运动表面温度会下降至环境温度,在接触区内出现温度凹陷现象。

Analysis of TEHL problem considering boundary slippage
Abstract:In this paper, a generalized Reynolds equation considering boundary slippage is deduced and a mathematical model is established in the point contact TEHL problem considering simple sliding. Then the multi-grid method was used to solve the force distribution, and the temperature distribution was obtained by using the column-by-row scanning technique. The study found,with the increase of the slip length, the central pressure, the central film thickness and the minimum film thickness, the temperature all decreaseand,and the coefficient of friction(COF) increase. The effect of slip on temperature is greater than the effect on pressure and film thickness. At a certain slip length, the temperature of the surface of the moving surface and the surface of the sliding layer in the contact area decreases sharply, the temperature of the moving surface will drop to the ambient temperature, and temperature depression occurs in the contact area.his paper.
