基于评论文本情感分析的产品扩散建模与仿真

摘要:在线评论信息包含用户主观情感、购物体验等多重信息,可为企业产品改善与创新提供参考依据。本文构建基于文本评论挖掘数据的巴斯扩散模型,运用AnyLogic仿真模拟产品的扩散过程,以利用评论数据对实际生产研发进行优化。仿真实验以智能手环为实例,分析在线评论得出潜在消费者关注产品质量的同时,也会受产品评论的影响而产生购买行为;产品研发创新有利于提高产品质量,以及产品正面评论率,促进产品扩散以及利润的提升。

Product Diffusion Modeling and Simulation based on Sentiment Analysis of product reviews
Abstract:Online comment includes user\'s subjective emotion, shopping experience and so on, which can provide the reference for the enterprise to improve the product. In this paper, we construct Bass diffusion model based on text comment mining data, and run AnyLogic simulation to simulate the product diffusion process, so as to optimize the actual production research and development. We selected intelligent bracelet as the experimental object. Simulation analysis shows that potential consumers pay attention to the quality of the product, and at the same time, they will also be affected by the product review to purchase goods. Product innovation can improve product quality and positive comment rate, promote product diffusion and increase profits.
