摘要:近视已成为最常见的屈光不正,可引发视力下降,视物模糊。在我国,青少年的近视患病率仍在逐年递增,形势严峻。然而,近视的发病机制仍不明确。DA神经递质及其受体在视网膜视觉传输通路中发挥着重要作用,调节眼球的生长发育。调控视网膜DA含量和DA受体的活性均能有效控制实验性近视的发生发展。本文将对近年来DA和DA受体在近视中的干预作用进行总结,作一综述。

Research advances of the neurotransmitter dopamine and its receptors in myopia
Abstract:Myopia has become the most common refractive error, which can cause vision loss and blurred vision. In China, the prevalence of myopia among adolescents is still increasing year by year and the situation becomes severe. However, the pathogenesis of myopia remains unclear. The neurotransmitter dopamine and its receptors have emerged an important role in the retinal visual transmission pathway, regulating ocular growth and development. Changes of retinal dopamine content and dopamine receptor activity can effectively control the occurrence and development of experimental myopia. This paper will summarize the interventions of dopamine and dopamine receptors in myopia.
