乙二醇诱导γ-Bi2O3的合成与光催化性能研究

摘要:以乙二醇为辅助剂,在水溶液中合成了四面体状的亚稳相γ-Bi2O3。使用XRD,SEM等手段对样品进行结构和形貌表征,发现乙二醇的多少对样品的最终相态起到了重要的作用,只有在乙二醇的用量为10mL才可以得到纯的γ-Bi2O3。讨论了所得样品的形貌、结构、光学性质和能带结构,并且分析了四面体状γ-Bi2O3的生长机理。此外,通过在可见光下降解RhB溶液研究了所制备的γ-Bi2O3的光催化活性,并通过捕获实验研究了四面体状γ-Bi2O3的光催化机理。

Ethylene glycol assisted synthesis and photocatalytic performance of γ-Bi2O3
Abstract:Tetrahedral metastable phase γ-Bi2O3 was synthesized in aqueous solution with the assistantce of ethylene glycol (EG). The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM. The amount of acid was found to be a crucial factor for the final phase of the synthesized Bi2O3 architectures. The pure γ-Bi2O3 can get only when the amount of ethylene glycol was 10 mL. The morphology, structure, optical properties and band structure of the obtained samples were discussed, and the growth mechanism of tetrahedral γ-Bi2O3 was analyzed. In addition, the photocatalytic activity of the prepared γ-Bi2O3 was studied by degradation of RhB solution under visible light. The photocatalytic mechanism of tetrahedral γ-Bi2O3 was studied by the capture experiment.this paper.
