内蒙高温煤焦油的流动性能改善研究

摘要:为了改善内蒙高温煤焦油流动性差的问题,本文首先通过元素分析及XRD测定等方法对其基本性质进行了分析,结果显示,原料的黏度较大,且与蜡结晶无关。进而,分别探究了温度对内蒙中、高温煤焦油黏度的影响,得到了黏温曲线。结果表明,在温度升高至30℃时,内蒙中温煤焦油有良好的流动性能,此时黏度可降至510mPa∙s。而内蒙高温煤焦油在50℃才能达到相同的降黏效果。因此,进一步采用添加有机添加剂的方法来改善内蒙高温煤焦油的流动性能。分别向其加入了不同比例的甲苯、油酸、硬脂酸、乙醇、四氢呋喃共五种有机添加剂。结果表明,随五种添加剂加入比例的增加,高温煤焦油黏度降低的越明显,其中,油酸的降黏率始终保持最大,表明油酸对高温煤焦油的降黏效果最好。

Research on the Improvement of the Flow Performance of Inner Mongolia High Temperature Coal Tar
Abstract:To improve the poor fludity of hightemperature coal tar in Inner Mongolia(IMHTCT).Firstly,the basic properties were analyzed using elemental analysis and XRD determination in this paper . The results demonstrated that the viscosity of raw materialswas relatively large and had nothing to do with the wax crystallization. Furthermore, the effect of temperature on viscosity of IMHTCT and medium temperature coal tar in Inner Mongolia(IMMTCT) was respectively discussed . The results indicated that IMMTCT had a good flow performance and the viscosity declined to 510 mPa•s,when the temperature was 30℃.Howerever, IMHTCT could achieve the same viscosity,when the temperature was 50℃. Therefore,the method of adding organic additives was employed to improve the flow performance of IMHTCT,which was respectively added to five organic additives - toluene, oleic acid, stearic acid, ethanol and tetrahydrofuran.The results declared that IMHTCT viscosity declined significantly with the increasing of the propotion of five additives .Among them,the viscosity- reducing ratio of oleic acid was always superior to others,which indicated that oleic acid had the best viscosity-reducing effect on IMHTCT.
