血-视网膜屏障体外模型建立方法的研究进展

摘要:血-视网膜屏障(blood-retinal barrier,BRB)是一种重要的血-眼屏障,在视网膜能量代谢中发挥重要作用。此外,BRB结构与功能的重要性在眼病研究领域逐渐受到重视。然而,目前暂未建立较成熟且全面的BRB体外细胞模型,造成视网膜疾病发病机制及药物疗效研究的不便。本文将对部分BRB体外模型的建立方法进行总结,旨在为视网膜疾病研究模型的选择提供思路,同时希望对BRB体外研究模型的完善有所启迪。

Research advances on the establishment of an in vitro model of blood-retinal barrier
Abstract:The blood-retinal barrier (BRB) is a vital part of blood-ocular barrier, which plays an essential role in the energy metabolism of the retina. In addition, the importance of BRB structure and function has been received attention in the studies of retinopathy. Nevertheless, a relatively mature and comprehensive BRB in vitro cell model has not been established, resulting in the inconvenience of the experiments on pathogenesis and drug therapeutic effects. Here, this paper will summarize some methods for establishing BRB in vitro models to provide ideas for the selection of models varying with eye diseases, and to inspire the improvement of BRB in vitro models.
