真空热蒸发工艺制备硒化锑薄膜太阳能电池

摘要:太阳能发电在新能源的利用中具有重要地位。而硒化锑则是很有潜力的太阳能电池材料,本研究利用真空热蒸发工艺制备出了均匀平整的硒化锑薄膜。通过拉曼与吸收光谱对薄膜进行了初步的表征。观察到拉曼谱中位于125cm-1、151cm-1和190cm-1左右的特征峰,它们分别对应了Sb-Se和Sb-Sb振动。再基于Sb2Se3/C60异质结制备太阳能电池,其开路电压为0.3V,短路电流9.5×10-5A,效率为0.0015%。

Preparation of antimony selenide thin film solar cell by vacuum thermal evaporation process
Abstract:Solar power plays an important role in the utilization of new energy. Antimony selenide is a potential solar cell material. We have prepared a homogeneous and thin film of antimony selenide by vacuum thermal evaporation process. The films were characterized by Raman spectroscopy and absorption spectroscopy. The characteristic peaks of 125cm-1, 151cm-1 and 190cm-1 in the Raman spectra are observed, which correspond to the vibration of Sb-Se and Sb-Sb respectively.?Based on the Sb2Se3/C60 heterojunction, the solar cell has an open circuit voltage of 0.3V, a short-circuit current of 9.5×10-5A and an efficiency of 0.0015%.
