基于三维扭振模型的转子-轴系统振动分析

摘要:本文以三段式阶梯轴为研究对象,根据三维扭转振动模型对转子-轴系统进行扭转振动响应分析。以圆形截面轴三维扭转振动的早期研究为基础,结合阶梯轴的边界条件以及耦合界面的连续条件,推导出转子-轴系统三维扭转振动响应的解析解。将有限元分析结果与通过选取不同数量的傅里叶-贝塞尔级数项得到的理论计算结果作比较,验证理论计算方法的准确性和收敛性,从而证明了转子-轴系统数学模型的有效性。

A study of the vibration response of a rotor-shaft system based on a three dimensional torsional vibration model
Abstract:The torsional vibration response of a stepped shaft consisting of three shaft segments is analyzed in this paper based on a three-dimensional torsional vibration model. The model is an analogy to a rotor-shaft system and is an extension of an early research of the torsional vibration of a three-dimensional shaft with circular cross section. Results obtained from the analytical study are compared with results obtained from finite element analysis. It is shown that when adequate terms in the Fourier-Bessel series are selected in the calculation, the analytical result agrees well with that of finite element analysis.
