HXTR事故现象分析及VOF模型适用性验证

摘要:本文基于铅冷快堆常见正方形排列传热管子通道模型提出HXTR事故现象学研究模型。以HXTR事故下高压水喷入液态铅铋的热工水力现象为切入点,分析可能发生的基本现象:高压水临界喷放、水力碎化、热力碎化现象。采用Fluent软件结合VOF方法,并编写用户自定义函数分别对临界流相间传输、水与液态金属膜态沸腾换热及直接接触换热过程进行建模,对上述过程进行了基准验证,结果表明:在VOF方法下可以较好地模拟高压水临界喷放、射流水在液态金属中的水力碎化及水与液态金属接触热力碎化等过程;验证了自定义函数及模型的准确性;为HXTR事故进行现象学研究提供参考。

HXTR accident phenomenon analysis and VOF model applicability verification study
Abstract:In this paper, a phenomenological research model of HXTR accident is proposed based on the common heat transfer channel model of lead cooled fast reactor. Based on the thermal hydraulic phenomenon of high pressure water injected into liquid LBE under HXTR accident, the basic phenomena is analyzed and verified including the critical spray of high pressure water, hydraulic fragmentation and thermal crushing. The model of critical flow interphase transfer, water and liquid metal film boiling heat transfer and direct contact heat transfer process is carried out by using fluent software combined with VOF method and user defined functions. The results show that the method used can simulate the critical spray of high pressure water, hydraulic fragmentation of water in liquid metal and the thermal fragmentation of water and liquid metal. The accuracy of user defined functions and model are also verified, providing a reference for the phenomenological futher study of HXTR accidents.
