消费类企业多元化与成长性关系研究

摘要:本文利用2012-2016年间数据研究了我国消费类上市公司多元化的内生性问题,并在此基础上实证检验了多元化程度与企业成长性之间的关系。结果显示,企业特征(公司规模、股权结构、控股股东性质、企业年龄等)会对消费类企业的多元化行为产生重要影响。多元化程度会损害企业成长性,在控制了多元化的内生性问题之后,这种损害变得更加严重了。

Research on the relationship between diversification and growth of consumer Enterprises
Abstract:In this paper, we use the data of 2012-2016 years to study the endogeneity of the diversification of Chinese consumer listed companies, and on the basis of this, the relationship between the degree of diversification and the growth of the enterprise is tested. The results show that the enterprise characteristics (company size, ownership structure, the nature of controlling shareholders, the age of the enterprise, etc.) will have an important impact on the diversification of consumer enterprises. Diversification will damage the growth of enterprises, and this damage will become more serious after controlling the endogenous problems of diversification.
