应用于高温测试的光纤比色测温系统研究

摘要:针对金属冶炼、陶瓷烧制等高温环境非接触测温的技术需求,论文基于双色测温原理,设计了非接触式光纤高温测温系统。将1.2~1.6μm目标的红外辐射,通过光纤分束器,分取两部分,基于普朗克辐射定律,构建双色近红外测温系统,实现了1000~2000℃的温度测试,温度分辨率可达1℃,测试精度优于1.5%。

The Colorimetric Temperature Measurement System of Optical Fiber for high temperature
Abstract:Based on the principle of dual-color temperature measurement, this paper introduce a method to make a type of non-contact fiber high-temperature thermoscope which can well satisfy the non-contact requirement of metal smelting, ceramic firing and other high temperature environment. The target infrared radiation of 1.2~1.6μm is divided into two parts by optical fiber transformation. Using Planck radiation law,a two-color near-infrared temperature measurement system is constructed, which achieves the 1000~2000℃ temperature test and the temperature resolution can reach 1℃, the accuracy is better than 1.5%.
