基于GIS技术的沧州沿海地区风暴潮灾害承灾体易损性研究

摘要:基于GIS和RS技术,以高精度遥感影像,风暴潮灾害灾情特征和沧州沿海地区社会经济情况为支撑,从自然环境、社会经济、土地利用和防灾减灾能力四个方面选取25个指标,建立风暴潮灾害承灾体易损性评估模型。根据风暴潮的成灾特点和研究区的防灾能力,分情景评估沧州沿海地区风暴潮承灾体易损性。结果表明:黄骅镇、南大港管理区、国营中捷农场、南排河镇、新村回族乡、苏基镇和辛集镇的承灾体易损度达到较高以上等级,其中南排河镇和新村回族乡靠近海岸线,遭受风暴潮的可能性较高,应予以重点关注。其它地区易损度等级则相对较低,其中香坊乡承灾体暴露度较小,防灾能力较强,易损度风险最低。

Research on vulnerability of hazard bearing body in Cangzhou coastal areas for storm surge disaster based on GIS technology
Abstract:Basing on GIS and RS technology, supported by the high precision remote sensing image, storm surge disaster characteristics and the specific local conditions in Cangzhou coastal area, this paper builds up the storm surge disaster assessment model from four aspects of the natural environment, social economy, the type of land use and disaster prevention ability, amount to 24 indicators. According to the characteristics of storm surge disaster and the disaster prevention ability in the research area, assess the risk of storm surge disaster of Cangzhou coastal area in different situations. the results shows that: Vulnerability lResearch on vulnerability of hazard bearing body in Cangzhou coastal areas for storm surge disaster based on GIS technologyevel of Huanghua town, Nan Dagang Management District, state-run China and Czechoslovakia farm, Nan Paihe town, Hui township of the new village, Su Ji town and Xin Ji town are equal to or great than high level, because Nan Paihe town and the Hui township of the new village are close to the coastline, the possibility of storm surge is high. So it should be paid more attention to. The vulnerability level of other area are lightly low. In which, the exposure of bearing body in Xiangfang township is small, and has strong ability to prevent disasters, so the level of vulnerability is the lowest.
