将军山全沟硬蜱体内伯氏疏螺旋体分型

摘要:为了确定采集于哈尔滨将军山全沟硬蜱体内是否携带伯氏疏螺旋体(Borrelia burgdorferi)及分型情况。本研究应用巢式PCR方法对伯氏疏螺旋体(B. burgdorferi)进行检测,进一步应用分型标记基因OspA和groEL进行分型。结果应用巢式PCR方法在全沟硬蜱体内检测到伯氏疏螺旋体(B. burgdorferi),OspA和groEL的长度分别为287 bp和289 bp,进化分析结果显示均与GenBank登录的阿弗西尼疏螺旋体(B. afzelii)序列在同一进化分支上。研究结果表明采集于哈尔滨将军山全沟硬蜱携带的伯氏疏螺旋体,类型为阿弗西尼疏螺旋体(B. afzelii)。

Typing of Borrelia burgdorferi in Ixodes persulcatus from General Hill
Abstract:In order to identify the type of Borrelia burgdorferi collected from Ixodes persulcatus in General Hill. In this study, nested PCR was used to detect B. burgdorferi, and the typing marker genes OspA and groEL were further used for genotyping. B. burgdorferi was detected in I. persulcatus by PCR. The lengths of OspA and groEL were 287 bp and 289 bp respectively. The evolutionary analysis results showed that they were all on the same evolutionary branch as the B. afzeli sequence registered in GenBank. The results showed that the B. burgdorferi carried by I. persulcatus from General Hill was B. afzeli.
