再生混凝土单轴受压细观数值模拟

摘要:考虑再生混凝土细观结构非匀质性的影响,从细观角度出发,认为再生混凝土是由再生骨料、老水泥砂浆、新水泥砂浆、再生骨料与老水泥砂浆之间的老粘结带界面、老水泥砂浆与新水泥砂浆之间的新界面组成的五相复合材料,采用Monte Carlo法建立了再生混凝土试件的三维球形随机骨料模型。采用双折线损伤本构模型来描述再生骨料、砂浆基质以及界面的力学性能;基于三维基面力理论和最小势能原理,推导出三维线弹性基面力元程序。通过分析,给出了再生混凝土单轴压缩情况下宏观应力-应变关系,结果与试验结果相比吻合较好。?????

Meso-level Numerical Simulation on Mechanical Properties of Recycled Concrete Under Uniaxial Compression
Abstract:Recycled concrete was considered as a five-phase composite with recycled aggregate, the new and old hardened cement paste, the new interfacial transition zone(ITZ)between aggregate and old hardened cement paste, the old interfacial transition zone between new and old hardened cement paste. The Monte Carlo method was used to generate the three-dimensional random spherical aggregate model of recycled concrete. The linear elastic damage model was employed to describe the mechanical properties of aggregate and mortar matrix and ITZ. Based on theory of based force and principle of minimum potential energy, the three dimensional linear elastic baseMeso-level Numerical Simulation on Mechanical Properties of Recycled Concrete Under Uniaxial Compression force program is developed. The macroscopic stress-strain relationship of recycled concrete specimen under uniaxial compression based on the random aggregate model were given through the analysis, and the analysis results showed a good agreement with the experiment results.
