冷喷涂技术在核能领域应用的研究进展

摘要:冷喷涂技术是利用气体带动固体颗粒在缩放喷管中加速后撞击基体产生塑性变形而形成涂层的一种低温固态喷涂技术。采用该技术可以制备金属、陶瓷、聚合物、复合材料涂层以满足不同的要求和使用场合。本文分析了冷喷涂的原理、技术特点以及在核燃料元件包壳表面事故容错材料、压力容器外部表面传热强化、波纹管修复、核废料处理装置表面防腐、防辐射涂层、托卡马克装置反应器组件表面涂层等核能领域的最新应用进展,并对其应用前景和发展方向做了展望。

Research progress of cold spray technology application in nuclear energy
Abstract:Cold Spray (CS) is a low-temperature solid-state process in which solid particles are accelerated in a de Laval nozzle and impacted on a substrate. Particles endure plastic deformation and adhere onto substrate surface once its velocity exceed the threshold value. Many kinds of materials, such as metal, ceramic and polymer can be deposited by CS to obtain unique coatings to meet different conditions. In this paper, principle and technical characteristics of CS technology are analyzed and its recent application in energy field, such as accident tolerant material of nuclear fuel elements, heat transfer enhancement of external reactor vessel cooling, repairing of bellows, anticorrosive coating of canister for spent fuel geological disposal, radiation protection coating and TOKAMAK component copper cladding etc. The application prospects of CS in nuclear energy are also discussed.
