复杂地质条件下采煤机导向滑靴可靠性研究

摘要:本文针对复杂地质条件下采煤机导向滑靴因综采工作面条件恶劣、底板起伏不平、大倾角仰俯采受力复杂等不利因素的影响,致使导向滑靴极易出现磨损严重和断裂等事故,严重影响了采煤机开采效率。通过对导向滑靴的材料、结构、耐磨层进行研究分析,提出优化改进措施,并运用Solidworks Simulation对其进行静态强度和疲劳强度分析,薄弱处最大应力远小于材料地屈服强度,安全系数为2.8,寿命周期显著提高。实际应用证明,新型导向滑靴可靠性高,适应性强,完全满足煤矿高产高效生产需求。

Reliability study of shearer guided slipper under complicated geological conditions
Abstract:In this paper, the influence of the unfavorable factors such as the bad conditions of the fully mechanized coal mining face, the uneven relief of the floor and the complexity of the high inclination and pitching of the guiding slipper under the complicated geological conditions, causes the accidents of serious wear and fracture of the guide slipper, which seriously affects the mining efficiency of the shearer. Through the research and analysis of material, structure and wear-resistant layer of guiding slipper, the optimization and improvement measures are put forward, and the static strength and fatigue strength are analyzed with Solidworks Simulation. The maximum stress of the weak place is far less than the yield strength of the material, the safety factor is 2.8, and the life life cycle is greatly improved. The practical application proves that the new guide shoe has high reliability and adaptability, and fully meets the demand of high production and high efficiency production in coal mines.
