摘要:为了提高采煤机在大煤层倾角工作面停机时制动的可靠性,本文针对采煤机液压制动器技术中存在的不足,在采煤机牵引电机内部设计一种电磁制动器,其结构简单,设计合理,操作简便,响应速度快,制动力矩大。同时,具有摩擦片磨损监测功能,能够自动补偿闸片磨损,使用效果好,有效的提高了煤矿生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。
