金纳米颗粒在脂质微气泡上的组装研究

摘要:脂质微气泡被广泛应用于超声造影,胶体金纳米颗粒具有粒径可控、稳定和生物相容性良好的优点,近年来被应用于药物输运、光声成像和计算机断层成像(CT)。本论文将金纳米颗粒(23 nm)自组装到超声造影剂脂质微气泡膜壳上,实验采用真空旋转蒸发水化的方法制备膜壳表面组装不同浓度金纳米颗粒的微气泡,并通过粒径、浓度、光学显微以及扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对其结构进行了表征,最后,验证了携载金纳米颗粒的微气泡的超声造影和CT造影增强的双模态造影增强的功能效果。

The Study of Assembly of Microbubbles with Gold Nanoparticles
Abstract:Lipid-shelled microbubbles are widely used in contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging. And the colloidal gold nanoparticles have also been applied in nanomedicines because of the controllable size, stable structure, and good biocompatibility. In recent years, gold nanoparticles have also been explored to be appliedindrug delivery, photoacoustic imaging and Computed Tomography(CT) imaging.In this study, the 23 nm colloidal gold nanoparticles have been assembledon the shell of lipid-shelled microbubbles, which are prepared by vacuum rotary evaporation hydration and shaking methods. The size and concentration have been characterized. The structure of the nanoparticle-assembled microbubbles has also been confirmed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The dual contrast-enhanced ultrasound and CT imaging have been further explored.
