新工科背景下高校创新创业教师能力素质模型研究

摘要:教师是创新创业领域活动的发起者和管理者,创新创业教育的顺利开展的关键在于要提高创新和创业教师的能力和素质。本文基于文献研究,问卷调查、行为事件访谈等方法,多方位搜集创新创业能力素质项,通过spss软件分析验证创新创业教师能力素质模型。本文构建的创新创业教师能力素质模型涵盖四个方面:创业知识技能、创业基础能力、创业教学能力、创业指导能力以及17项能力素质。这为创新创业教师的选拔、培训等提供了一定的参考价值。

The Construction of the Ability and Quality Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Teachers in Universities under the Background of New Engineering
Abstract:Teachers are the organizers and managers of innovation and entrepreneurship education activities. The construction of the competence and quality of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers is especially important for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Based on literature research, questionnaire survey, behavioral event interview and other methods, this paper comprehensively collects the innovative and entrepreneurial ability quality items, and verifies the innovation entrepreneurial teacher\'s ability and quality model through spss software analysis. The verified questionnaire has good reliability and validity. The innovative entrepreneurial teacher competency model constructed in this paper includes four dimensions: entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, entrepreneurial foundation ability, entrepreneurship teaching ability, and entrepreneurial guidance ability. 17 skills and abilities provide a certain reference value for the selection and training of innovative entrepreneurs.
