Modbus 协议在轴承检测中的应用实现

摘要:为满足轴承形廓检测设备中通信系统的需要,提出了将Modbus通信协议与TMS320F28377D型号DSP相结合的设计方案,介绍了DSP同威纶通触摸屏的通讯方法及实现过程。简要分析了Modbus通信协议,给出了DSP与触摸屏异步串行通讯的硬件连接方案和软件主要功能流程图。实验验证:该方法稳定可靠,目前已成功应用于轴承形廓检测系统,可以广泛地应用于其他自动化装备工业现场。

Application of Modbus Protocol in Bearing Detection
Abstract:A design scheme combining Modbus communication protocol with TMS320F28377D DSP was put forward in order to satisfy the needs of communication system in bearing profile inspection equipment.The design proposal Introduced the communication method and implementation process of DSP and the WEINVIEW touch screen. Provided the hardware connection scheme and main function flow chart of asynchronous serial communication between DSP and touch screen by analysising of Modbus communication protocol briefly. The experimental results show that the method is stable and reliable, and has been successfully applied to the bearing profile detection system, which can be widely applied to other automation equipment industry.
