考虑环境因素和电气参数影响的MMC预防性维护方法研究

摘要:环境因素和电气参数对风电输送系统中模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的可靠性具有极大影响。本文提出一种基于多时间尺度热损伤的MMC预防性维护方法。该方法首先基于MMC的运行特性及失效机理,计及风速、气温和电气参数影响,建立功率器件的多时间尺度可靠性评估模型;然后,基于MMC拓扑及维护策略,通过马尔科夫链和蒙特卡洛模拟构建了计及子模块更新过程的MMC预防性维护模型。该方法可分析环境因素和电气参数对MMC全寿命周期内冗余子模块(SM)最优设置以及MMC维护次数和成本的影响,分析结果可为风电输送系统中MMC全寿命周期预防性维护和冗余子模块配置提供辅助信息。

Preventive Maintenance Method Research of MMC Considering the Impact of Environmental and Electrical factors
Abstract:Environmental and electrical factors have significant influences on the operational reliability of modular multilevel converter (MMC) for the wind power transmission. This paper proposes a preventive maintenance model of MMC based on thermal damage with multi-time scales. First, the power devices reliability model of MMC with multi-time scales is developed based on failure mechanisms of power devices. In this model, wind speed, air temperature and electrical parameters are taken into account. Second, a preventive maintenance model of MMC considering renewal process of submodules is proposed based on Markov chain and Monte Carlo estimation.This model can analyse the impacts of environmental and electrical factors onsubmodule(SM) redundancy,number and cost of maintenance of MMC, which could supply significant data for the preventive maintenance of MMC and SM installation in full life cyclefor the wind power transmission.
