基于SolidWorks二次开发在工厂空间布局规划的研究

摘要:本文介绍了三维实体造型软件SolidWorks 在装配方面的二次开发方法,结合实例讲述了基于COM,采用 VC6.0开发SolidWorks的原理和方法,通过控制和访问SolidWorks 中的对象,利用API函数输入相对空间坐标(X,Y,Z),形成一整套可以自动完成对各装配体之间的空间位置进行确定的系统。通过操作此系统一方面大大的提高了设计效率,节约了人力物力;另一方面也保证了位置的精确度。

Research on Factory Spatial Layout Planning Based on Secondary Development of SolidWorks
Abstract:This paper introduces the secondary development method of SolidWorks in assembly of 3D solid modeling software.Combined with examples, the principle and method of developing SolidWorks based on COM and using VC6.0 are described. By controlling and accessing objects in SolidWorks, use the API functions to enter relative spatial coordinates (X, Y, Z), Forming a complete set of systems that automatically determine the spatial position between the assemblies. By operating this system, the design efficiency is greatly improved, and manpower and material resources are saved; on the other hand, the accuracy of the position is also ensured.
