烧结配加纽曼粉适宜配比的实验研究

摘要:基于某钢铁企业的现场烧结条件,进行了烧结配加纽曼的烧结杯实验,系统研究了配加不同比例的纽曼对烧结矿冶金性能的影响规律,考察了纽曼配比对烧结矿转鼓指数和低温还原粉化性能的影响,并结合铁矿粉烧结基础特性,揭示了纽曼粉的作用机理。研究表明:随着纽曼配比的增长,垂直烧结速度呈现先下降后略微升高的趋势;成品率整体呈现稳定且略微下降的趋势,整体稳定在81%左右;转鼓指数呈现先升高后下降的趋势;低温还原粉化指数呈现逐渐升高的趋势。适宜的纽曼配比约为25%,在此条件下,获得了良好的烧结工艺指标,制备的烧结矿拥有良好的转鼓性能和低温还原粉化性能,满足现场生产要求。

Experiments of the Optimum Ratio of Newman Iron Ore among Mixed Ore on Sintering
Abstract:Based on the on-site sintering conditions, the tests of sinter pot were conducted. Effects of different ratios of Newman Iron Ore on drum index and low temperature reduction degradation index were studied systematically. The effect of Newman Iron Ore on metallurgical properties of sinter was analyzed by basic sintering characteristics. It illustrated that, from the view of metallurgy properties, with the ratio of Newman Iron Ore increasing; vertical sintering speed was firstly declining then slowly increasing; sinter yield was on the decrease slightly and the average was 81% ; drum index was firstly increasing then declining; RDI was on the increase. The optimum ratio of Newman Iron Ore was about 25%, and a better sintering process index was obtained under this condition, with good performances of drum index and low-temperature reduction degradation index of prepared sintering ore which meet the requirements of on-site production.
