P91耐热钢热变形流变应力本构方程

摘要:建立了一个描述金属材料高温变形的本构方程模型。该方程模型包括高温变形过程方程和特征参数方程;采用蠕变Dorn幂指数公式分析了P91耐热钢热压缩试验获得的应力-应变实验数据的准确性和P91耐热钢热变形的变形机制;利用P91耐热钢实验的流变应力数据拟合确定了该钢本构方程中的材料常数。结果表明:计算曲线与试验曲线吻合得较好,所建立的本构方程可应用于计算P91耐热钢在热加工变形条件下的流变应力。

The flow stress constitutive equation for hot deformation of P91 heat-resistant steel
Abstract:A new constitutive equation model for high temperature deformation of metal materials was developed,which include high temperature deformation process equation model and characteristic parameter equation model. The accuracy of the stress strain experimental data obtained by the hot compression test of P91 heat resistant steel and the deformation mechanism of the hot deformation of P91 heat-resistant steel are analyzed by using the Dorn creep exponent formula;With the experimental data concerning the flow stress of the P91 heat-resistant steel,the material parameters of the said constitutive equation are determined. It is found that the calculated curves are in compliance with the experimental curves,which means that the constitutive equation is capable of predicting the flow stresses of the P91 heat-resistant steel being deformed at the hot working conditions.
