市场导向与政策规制对农户无公害生产技术采纳意愿的影响研究

摘要:农户无公害生产技术采纳意愿直接关系到安全农产品的有效供给,市场和政府因素对农户安全生产技术的采纳具有重要影响作用。以陕西、甘肃、山东苹果主产省960个苹果种植户为研究对象,选择logistic回归模型着重讨论市场和政府因素对果农无公害生产技术采纳意愿的影响。实证结果表明:无公害生产技术对苹果质量安全影响、对销售影响及预期溢价影响等构成的市场导向类别变量,对果农无公害技术采纳意愿具有显著的正向作用;政府扶持、技术指导在一定程度上促进果农采纳无公害生产技术;但政府监管和惩罚对果农无公害生产技术采纳意愿的影响不显著;此外,受教育程度、苹果种植年限和组织化程度对果农无公害生产技术采纳意愿具有显著影响。

The Influence of Market Orientation and Policy Regulation on Farmers\' Willingness to Adopt Pollution-free Production Technology
Abstract:The willingness of farmers to adopt pollution-free production technology is directly related to the effective supply of safe agricultural products, Market and government factors have an important influence on the adoption of farmers\' safe production technologies. Taking 960 apple growers in the main apple producing provinces of Shaanxi, Gansu and Shandong as the research objects, the logistic regression model was chosen to focus on the influence of market and government factors on the willingness of fruit farmers to adopt pollution-free production technology. The empirical results show that the market-oriented categorical variables of pollution-free production technology on Apple\'s quality and safety impact, sales impact and expected premium have a significant positive effect on the adoption of pollution-free technology for fruit farmers; government support and technical guidance are certain to promote the adoption of pollution-free production technology by fruit farmers; however, the influence of government supervision and punishment on the willingness to adopt pollution-free production technology of fruit farmers is not significant; in addition, the degree of education, apple planting years and organization degree will have a willingness to adopt pollution-free production technology for fruit farmers significantly affected.
