摘要:本文研究基于单片机控制系统的双光源检测装置,设计了一款基于STC15系列单片机的低功耗双光源荧光检测系统。该系统的主要功能是解决传统紫外灯照射设备需要高电压供电,价格昂贵,体积大,光线发散以及难以控制等缺点。随着现在高光谱检测的作用越来受到科学研究的重视,研究一款低功耗,价格低廉,体积灵活,易控制的通用荧光检测设备显得有必要。在研究的过程中,根据课题要求选择控制芯片并对整个硬件系统进行设计,包括硬件电路设计,外观设计。最后设计实验,验证PC端Matlab编写的上位机能通过无线串口控制检测系统切换光源,并且获取白光和紫外光环境下的柑橘图片,进行图片检测。在白光环境下,进行识别肉眼可见的缺陷,柑橘无缺陷的识别率为88.57%,有缺陷的识别率92.85%。紫外光环境下,柑橘无荧光缺陷的识别率为91.42%,有荧光缺陷识别率95.74%。实验表明该系统能够通过PC端进行控制,提供有效的白光和荧光环境,为荧光检测技术的智能化提供技术支持。

Double Light Source Detection Device Based on MCU Control System
Abstract:Studying double light source detection device based on MCU control system, and this paper designed a double light source fluorescence detection system with low power consumption based on STC15 series of MCU. The system\'s main function is to solve the disadvantages of traditional uv light equipment that are in need of high voltage power supply, expensive price, bulky, light emission, difficult to control and so on .With more and more attention being paid to the role of hyperspectral detection, it is necessary to develop a universal fluorescence detection device with low power consumption, low price, flexible volume and easy control. According to the requirements of the project, the control chip was selected and the whole hardware system was designed, which includes hardware circuit and exterior design.Finally, an experiment was designed to verify that the upper function written by Matlab on PC can switch the light source through the wireless serial port control and detection system, which obtains the orange pictures in the white light and ultraviolet light environment for image detection. Recognition of visible defects by the naked eye in white light,the identification rate of citrus without defect was 88.57%. and that of citrus with defect was 92.85%. Under ultraviolet light, the identification rate of citrus without fluorescent defects was 91.42%, and that of citrus with fluorescent defects was 95.74%. The experiment shows that the system can be controlled by PC, which provides effective white light, fluorescence environment and provides technical support for the intelligence of fluorescence detection technology.
