灰平衡在数码印花中的应用研究

摘要:在颜色的传递和复制过程中,控制灰平衡是印刷色彩管理的一个重要部分。在数码印花产品中经常出现灰平衡不佳问题,传统方法通过调图或调整GCR曲线来改善,但是它会带来饱和度和鲜明度差的缺点。针对以上的问题,提出一种新的通过调节ICC Profile 的B To A (Look Up Table)表来优化灰平衡方法,解决灰平衡的灰偏色和灰平衡中间波动。通过实验研究分析结果表明,使用灰平衡优化后打印的图像的灰渐变过渡均匀、颜色色光较正,使打印灰平衡效果改善明显。

Application of grey balance in digital printing
Abstract:In the process of color transmission and reproduction,controlling grey balance is an important part of printing color management.The problem of poor grey balance often occurs in digital printing products.The traditional method of drawing or adjusting GCR curve is improved,but it brings the disadvantages of color saturation and poor sharpness.Aiming at the above problems,a new B to A LUT(Look Up Table)table for adjusting the ICC Profile is proposed to optimize the grey balance method to solve the grey balance and grey balance intermediate fluctuation of the grey balance. The experimental results show that the grey gradient transition of the image printed by the grey balance optimization is uniform and the color shade is correct,which makes the printing grey balance effect improved obviously.
