基于ISM和AHP模型的企业管理者压力影响因素研究

摘要:为深入研究企业管理者压力影响因素以及各影响因素之间的作用关系,从管理者的生活压力、工作压力、个人压力三个层面建立企业管理者压力的影响因素指标体系。采用解释结构模型的方法(ISM)分析各压力影响因素之间的相互联系,建立三级解释结构模型。应用层次分析法(AHP)对结构模型中的各因素指标影响力进行排序,建立指标综合权重体系。结果表明表层直接影响因素主要涉及企业管理、角色冲突、工作负荷、工作环境、购房压力、赡养父母压力;潜在直接影响因素主要涉及人际关系、结婚生子压力、赡养子女压力、职业生涯发展;深层根本影响因素依次为自身权益保障、自我认同感、经济压力、自身能力素质。在企业管理者自我压力调节的基础上,从企业及企业管理者自身出发提出针对减少管理者压力的合理化建议。??????

Research on Influencing Factors of managers\' stress behaviors based on ISM and AHP models
Abstract:In order to study the influencing factors of managersundefined stress and the relationship between them, the index system of influencing factors of managersundefined stress is established from three aspects of managersundefined life pressure, work pressure and personal pressure.Interpretative Structural Model (ISM) was used to analyze the relationship between the pressure factors and establish a three-level interpretive structural model.AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) (AHP) is used to rank the influence of each factor in the structural model, and the comprehensive weight system of the index is established.The results show that the direct influence factors are mainly related to business management, role conflict, workload, working environment, purchase pressure, support parents pressure;The potential direct influence factors mainly relate to interpersonal relationship, pressure of marriage and birth of children, pressure of supporting children, and career development.The underlying influencing factors are self-protection of rights and interests, self-identity, economic pressure and self-competence.On the basis of self-regulation of enterprise managerundefineds pressure, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for reducing managerundefineds pressure from enterprise and enterprise managerundefineds own.?????
