基于机器视觉与接触式测量结合的圆柱状轴承滚子类零件检测系统

摘要:我国已是世界上轴承生产量最大的国家,但仍有很多工厂在对轴承滚子检测时采用人工测量的方法。针对我国目前轴承滚子产量大,但产品在线自动化检测程度不高且自动检测设备价格较高的问题,在研究非接触式和接触式测量原理的基础上,对高精度柱状轴承滚子特点进行分析,提出了由多个高精度线性传感器和一个CCD相机共同组成的接触式测量与非接触式测量结合的测量方法与系统。此系统可完成精度为0.02mm的几何尺寸检测与精度为0.1mm的表面划痕检测。此系统提高了轴承滚子在线检测自动化程度,且避免了人工检测的不足,精度满足要求,系统运行可靠、造价低廉,易于在中小型工厂进行推广。

Detection system for cylindrical bearing roller parts based on machine vision and contact measurement
Abstract:China is the largest bearing production country in the world. However, there are still many factories using manual measurement methods for bearing roller detection. n view of the fact that the output of bearing roller is large in China at present, however, the problem is that the degree of online automatic inspection is not high and the price of automatic detection equipment is high. On the basis of studying the principle of non-contact and contact measurement, the characteristics of high precision cylindrical bearing roller are analyzed. A method and system for measuring contact and non contact measurement jointly composed of multiple high-precision linear sensors and a CCD camera are presented. The system can finish the surface scratch detection with a precision of 0.02mm and a precision of 0.1mm. This system improves the automatic testing automation of bearing roller, avoids the shortage of manual detection, meets the requirements of precision, is reliable in operation and low in cost, and is easy to be popularized in small and medium factories.
